In Heaven Album
In Heaven album is a collection of 12 original Christian songs composed by Overseas Filipino Christian workers in Bahrain. It is the 3rd album produced by Jesus Is Alive Community Bahrain.

A Taste of Heaven

Excitement is teeming within the auditorium as singers clad in angel garbs, dancers in white square pants and blouse, shiny gold sequins hugging their waists, children in colorful costumes, the production team in black shirts with bold white prints, guests and participants in their best attires—all of them are set to make the most out of that unforgettable night ever, on July 30th, 2010.
The program kicked off with the festival celebration of the Jesus is Alive Community Bahrain’s 11th anniversary. Colorful pageantry, praise and worship, heart-warming skits and performances from the workers and youth made up the program.
Saudi-based guest pastor, Rev. Billy Reyes, delivered a powerful message on the night’s theme: Earth’s Journey towards Heaven’s Glory. Pastor Billy’s beautiful wife gave a special song number. The first part closed with a cute performance of “Butterfly” song from the JIA Bahrain kids in their funny animal costumes.
A big hush followed as all lights went off and a booming voice filled the air to open the grand album launching concert of “In Heaven.” Performers shook the stage with their rendition of the songs from the album backed with a powerhouse cast of dancers and singers. Inspiring videos and mtvs preceded each song. Dance interpretative consisted of tabrets, flags, banners, and tambourines.
The 12th song which gave the album’s carrier single, In Heaven, showed Sis. Kristine Reyes entering the golden gates of heaven as opened by the kiddie angels. The grand finale number of Praise His Name and See It Happen produced all singers, dancers, and participants on-stage, climaxing to a burst of confetti and wild applause from the audience.
Indeed, God is glorious!!! That night gave more than a glimpse of heaven, it gave a festive taste of what a grand celebration awaits us in heaven, and more.
Congratulations to all participants, and all who form the JIA Bahrain family, for a wonderful, unforgettable evening, and working hard to bring heaven on earth by lifting God’s glory! All glory to His Name!
